What is ECODA ?

ECODA is an organization that specializes in leadership development. It creates learning contexts for leaders who wish to enhance their ability to navigate with ease within the complexity of our current work environment. ECODA fosters creative interventions with sensitivity to the interconnectedness of human beings with one another and with the world.
ECODA's programs and workshops attract people with an inquiring mind and support its further development. This unique educational venture is inspired by the writings and the methods of influential authors and practitioners in the fields of art, health, philosophy, science, psychology and management.

ECODA is a network of experienced professionals in the field of leadership, coaching and holistic health who each have their independent professional base. We choose, through ECODA, to pool our talents to create leading-edge learning activities and practices for leaders in the private and public sectors.

ECODA seeks to embody practices and processes that support the development of an inquiring mind and the ability to remain present in the midst of action.

How do we relate to participants in our programs?

We consider ourselves privileged to be in contact with people who trust us to facilitate their learning. While we see ourselves as co-learners with those who participate in the activities we organize, we take full responsibility for the quality of the learning contexts that we create.

How do we relate within the network?

Within the core group of facilitators, we generously share our skills and knowledge in order to enhance each other’s capacity in ECODA's programs. We collaborate and support each other’s practice, research and writings. We explore issues together through ongoing dialogue.

What are our main strategies for achieving our vision?

We favour working individuals though coaching or in small groups of people in order to create in-depth learning experiences;

We present the intellectual basis of our teachings, not just their practical applications.

We, ourselves, engage in continuous learning and exploration as part of our own practice.We practice what we teach.
